| Description |
English: Remains of the Chapel, St Catherines Almshouses. The remains of the Almshouses and Chapel are at the corner of Bedford St and Catherine St in Exeter. The Almshouses were founded in 1457 to house 13 poor men, and were destroyed in a bombing raid in May 1942. The plastic frames are placed in the old doorways, and contain artefacts found in archaeological excavations of the site.
