Français : Diagnostic original : Pyelo-néphrite purulente chronique bilatérale avec cystite purulente et hémorragique. Diagnostic actualisé : Pyélonéphrite aiguë et chronique avec hydronéphrose et hydoruretère. Histoire : Femme de 18 ans avec malformations abdomino-périnéales. Description macroscopie : Vessie à paroi hypertrophique ainsi que deux diverticules de 3 cm de diamètre à la paroi latéro-supérieure gauche. Les deux uretères ainsi que les cavités pyélocalicielles sont dilatées et le cortex rénal est aminci. Description microscopie : Pyélonéprhite avec infiltration inflammatoire lympho-plasmocytaire et de polynucléaires en foyers du parenchyme rénal. Année du prélèvement : 1948.
