A la porte de Cérès, qui a successivement porté les noms de Trèves, porte Chartre, porte Royale, se trouvait une chapelle dédiée à saint Crépin et saint Crépinien. Saint Remi en parle dans son testament. Du reste on ignore en quel temps elle a été détruite. Il y a encore, dans le faubourg actuel, une croix à l'endroit qu'elle occupait.
