Deutsch: aus dem DEHIO Vorarlberg 1983: Reichsstrasse Nr. 170: Villa Mutter, erbaut 1855/56 von Bauinspektor „Spindler“, die erste bedeutende frühistorische Villenanlage in Vorarlberg. Kubisches Hauptgebäude in parkartigem Garten. Unverputze Backsteinwände auf Sandsteinsockel, 3achsiger flacher Mittelrisalit, Terrasse mit seitlichen Treppen, Sandsteinbalkon, umlaufende Geschosstrennung durch Zickzackfries, unter dem Dach Lüftungsschlitze, in den Fenstern Jalousienschabracken aus gepresstem Blech; rückseitig flacher Mittelrisalit mit gekuppelten Fenstern. Originale Ausstattung, im Erdgeschoss strassenseitig repräsentative Suite mit Musikzimmer (Deckenmalerei aus der Bauzeit), Neurenaissance-Kachelöfen, Zinnlavabos, Türen mit Gittern; im Hauptgeschoss Wand- und Deckenmalereien (Ornamentik und Groteske), Stukkaturen, Öfen.*** gesehen in Feldkirch Levis.
