Description These simple single townhouses in Old Bond Hill are the bread-and-butter of the oldest part of the neighborhood, being among the first homes built in the area during the 1870s and 1880s. Though they may vary somewhat in appearance, they are all three bays wide and exactly fifteen feet back from the street. Today, many of these homes have been renovated, while others languish in neglect and disinvestment, making this area's heritage more imperiled than in many other parts of the city.
