English: Fleuron from book:
Reflections on Mr. Hanway's report to the General Court of the Marine Society, of the 21st of July, 1785, and the resolutions thereon; proving the necessity of a peace establishment for instructing the poor and distressed boys who are the objects of it, on the true Principles of the Institution, and as the Means of giving it an honourable and permanent Existence; The Design Being equally practicable and correspondent with the general Wishes of the People For a Reform of our Police, the Promotion of true Piety, and the most useful Industry; With the Addition of learning the Duty of an able mariner, and a worthy man.
