| Description | Two bridges over the Umpqua River, in Reedsport, Oregon: Closest is a fixed-span section of the railroad bridge, the swing-span section of which is open (for river traffic) and turned and out-of-frame, while in the background is the Umpqua River Bridge on U.S. Highway 101, which also has swing span. The railroad bridge was not in use at the time of this 2009 photo, but since 2011 it has been part of the Coos Bay Rail Link of the Port of Coos Bay. |
