| Description |
English: Redevelopment site at Castle Hill, Todmorden Until recently this site between the A646, the River Calder and Woodhouse Road was occupied by a factory which manufactured printing chemicals. ABC Chemicals has now expanded into new premises across the pennine watershed at Clitheroe. The site has outline planning permission for a development of 3 bed 3 storey townhouses, to be built by George Wimpey.
This area seems to be something of a hotspot for new residential developments, with Woodhouse Mill being converted into luxury apartments, and signs proclaiming a future development of townhouses on the site of the derelict Cinderhill Mill on the opposite side of the main road. |
