English: Sgt. Chris Rew, a flight medic in Company C, 2nd Battalion, 211th Aviation Regiment, props himself outside of a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter before he is lowered to the ground during medical evacuation training in Fort McCoy, Wis., Aug. 3. This training opportunity gave the new medics of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 168th Infantry Regiment, hands-on experience with hoist evacuation procedures, which isn't commonly trained during initial entry training. The 1-168 Infantry Battalion, based out of Council Bluff, Iowa, is a part of the Iowa National Guard's 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division.
