Printed on white paper in black ink with the work "THREE" in red ink. Images include: a portrait of George Washington; Liberty sitting on a cornucopia of coins holding a portrait of George Washington and a staff with a Phrygian cap in her right hand and holding a laurel wreath over the head of an eagle with her left hand. The eagle holds a shield and olive branch in its talons and a banner in its beak. Behind them are a building, bridge, railroad, steamship, and sailing ship. Another image shows Liberty standing with a shield, staff, and Phrygian cap. |
