Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Experimental archaeologists built their own pueblo in Homolovi State Park in order to recreate ancient techniques and conditions as closely as possible. By reconstructing things such as environments, items, lifestyles, and structures, archaeologists can more accurately reveal and understand things about the past. Homolovi State Park in Winslow, Arizona (Navajo County) preserves over 300 Ancestral Puebloan/Hopi archaeological sites.

This is an image of a place or building that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places in the United States of America. Its reference number is 84000776.
