Français : La rechta (écrit aussi parfois richta)ou rechta njara de Bizerte est un plat à base de pâtes fraîches artisanales, coupées en lanières fines, typique de l'est du Maghreb[1] (Tunisie et algerie). Elle est en particulier le plat symbolique de la cuisine Bizertine nord est de la tunisie.

Selon Ibn Khaldoun, la rechta est originaire du monde turco-mongol[9]. En effet, les écrits de l'historien font mention de ce plat en l'an 1401, lors de sa rencontre avec Tamerlan, où il lui aurait été servi un plat mongol appelé la richta

En tunisie elle est préparé avec une sauce rouge relevé

en Algérie elle est plutôt blanche ,la sauce bouillon comme les nouille chinoise
English: The rechta (also sometimes written richta) or rechta njara from Bizerte is a dish made from fresh homemade pasta, cut into thin strips, typical of eastern Maghreb[1] (Tunisia and Algeria). It is in particular the symbolic dish of Bizertine cuisine in the north east of Tunisia[2],[3],[4]. In Tunisia it is prepared with a spicy red sauce in Algeria it is rather white, the broth sauce like Chinese noodles
