Summary

[edit]
Description

Early evening, Monday 3 June 2013. Rawlinson Terrace is parallel to High Road Tottenham near the High Cross Monument. The brick and timber-frame building is a disused public toilet.

And this will continue to be the reality of "Regeneration" in the poorer parts of Haringey while we continue to have a failing Council that can't get the basics right.
