Description
Deutsch: Das Insekt ist möglicherweise aus der Familie der Raupenfliegen und der Gattung der Gymnosoma. Ein deutscher Name ist für die Gattung nicht bekannt (z. B. auch nicht auf Wikipedia angegeben).

Für die Bestimmung spricht der stubenfliegenähnliche Körperbau, die Nacktheit des Körpers (Gymnosoma = Nacktkörper) sowie vor allem der schwarze Hinterleib mit gelben Punkten. Das Tier hier wurde auf der Dolde einer Wilden Möhre aufgenommen. Die Pflanze stand auf der Nordseeinsel Wangerooge, dort auf dem Gelände der Marine-Signalanlage in der Anton-Günther-Straße.
