Description
Norsk bokmål: Denne lille røde hytta ligger i Rondane, nær Grimsdalen landskapsverneområde og har ei unik historie. Det ble tatt ut krom (og kleberstein) her av Johan Øverli i mellomkrigstiden. Malmen og steinen ble kjørt med hest til Dovre. Dovre Fjellstyre fikk hytta i 1975. En kan tydelig se at det har vært virksomhet der og at livet ikke alltid var enkelt, så langt inn på fjellet. Krom blir brukt til forkromming av metaller som jern og stål
