Description
English:
Town Hall. Former HQ of Hungarian Working People's Party former HQ of the Hungarian Socialist Workers' Party. Built in 1952 and 1953. Socialist realism style. Architect: József Körner. Budapest 100 participiant in 2021. The Budapest 100 is a weekend city festival aimed at presenting budapest houses from basement to attic. Visitors can get to know the residents and their personal stories. The programs are organized with the help of volunteers and residents. Programs are house history or other exhibitions, guided or non-guided house walk through the building, there are concerts in garden or courtyard or corridor - Mechwart Grove, Országút neighborhood, 2nd district of Budapest.

Az 1952-53-ben épült szocreál, monumentális hatású épület tervezője Körner József (1907-1971). Az épület a Budapest100 2021 résztvevője volt, vezetett épület (és negyed) bejárás. Kutatás: Horváth J. Dániel - Budapest, II. kerület, Országút városrész, Mechwart liget (korábban Statisztikai kert, 1,7 hektár)
