Summary
[edit]DescriptionRaspberry white chocolate mousse cake with marzipan plaque at Laurent Patisserie.jpg |
A yummy cake! At the base was a thin almond praline crust, topped with 2 layers of flourless almond sponge, sandwiching a raspberry mousse-y layer. All of this was followed by a layer of creamy white chocolate mousse, and finally, all covered in a thick, rich, viscous raspberry creme. The almond meal in the flourless sponge was ground really finely. If you weren't paying attention, you would have thought it is flour laced with almond flavouring. oh... the marzipan plaque was yummy too :) Laurent Patisserie, Camberwell |
