| Description | North Wales. A very rough shot I am afraid. I was moving into position to take shots during the annual International Snowdon Mountain Race when this front runner caught me by surprise. No time to think, I had to take the shot or lose it. From the look of this runner’s knee, he has been over once. The track used is the Llanberis Path and having walked in sturdy mountain boots I’ve found it hard on the feet (the small surfaced section is shown here). I would recommend the café, homemade lemonade available. It carries the warrant “By Royal Appointment” of Charles, the Prince of Wales so it must be good. Just don’t spend too much time in there when you should be positioning yourself for shots of the race. |
