Original image caption: "Münchner Kriegsindustrie. An einem der Prüfstände für Motoren in den Rappmotorwerken. Die Rappmotorwerke liefern Flugzeugmotore für Heer und Flotte. Unser Bild zeigt einen solchen Motor mit Propeller" The person on the right presumably is Karl Rapp.[1] Considering the shape of the crankcase and the small size of the cylinders and the propeller hub (6 bolts) the engine is most likely a 125/145 hp Rapp Rp II[2] As a nice detail the propeller's manufacturer can be read, it is a Reschke propeller.
