Description
English: Time-lapse movie of basal cell spreading of cells treated with scrambled siRNA. A549-Epac1 expressing GFP-Lifeact cells were treated with scrambled siRNA for 48 hours before being replated onto fibronectin (without 007). Images of multiple cells were captured through the 20×objective every 5 minutes for the following 3 hours. The movie rate is 7 frames per second. The scale bar represents 10 µm.
