Description
Deutsch: Die Rankenfußkrebse, auch Seepocken genannt, sind kleine Krebstiere. Unter Wasser öffnen sie ihre Schalen und filtrieren dann mit ihren Füßen Nahrung aus dem Wasser.

Die Aufnahme hier entstand in einem Gezeitentümpel auf der Nordseeinsel Wangerooge. Der Tümpel lag im Bereich des Süderhellers, an der Stelle, wo die Kite- und Windsurfer ins Watt steigen. Siehe auch einen kurzen Video-Film zu diesen Tieren.
