English: Ramghat, about 1 km from Taulihawa Bazaar, the headquarters of Kapilvastu district, is a very old Ram temple on the banks of the river Banganga. There were idols of various deities including Ram in this Ram temple and various sadhus and saints also used to live in this Ram temple. Where a famous yogi Suryabanshi Baba also used to live. He used to do yoga himself and also used to teach yoga to others. These Babas and other different types of Babas used to live there. Currently, this old temple is very dilapidated and a Ram Janaki temple has been built near this temple. The old Ram temple also had a dharamshala where saints lived. Once a year there is a big fair. On that day, there is a huge crowd of devotees. This temple is very famous in that region.
