Summary
[edit]DescriptionRaiziehill Bridge - geograph.org.uk - 402166.jpg |
English: Raiziehill Bridge Blink, and it will be gone, the main Airdrie to Bathgate road crosses over the former track to the same destinations. The route was turned into part of National Cycleway route 75, but not for long. It was decided that the railway line should be reinstated, and work has already commenced to reconnect both towns and lay tracks for a twice-hourly service in both directions. This cycle route is expected to be extinguished in 2008, with train services re-commencing in 2011. |
