La Fiama Pizza was selling Rainbow Cookies during Bellingham Pride Weekend. Quite a bit of sugar in a big thick cookie so I was planning to only eat a bit at a time, but the cookie is now dry and almost hard as a rock. Next step, put some moisture around it and heat it in a microwave. Tastes good, however. Chocolate chip like inside. A few days later, I heated it wrapped with a moist cloth in the microwave. Tasted good. Picture taken after my bike ride to Lookout Arts Quarry (a rock quarry, but I didn't get the cookie there) for Purple Church Dance. Josh and me stopped for Pizza slices at La Fiama and the cookie were for sale also. |
