Summary
[edit]DescriptionRailway line - geograph.org.uk - 437602.jpg |
English: Railway line. This single track railway line runs between Claydon Junction, about 4km to the north-west, and Quainton Road, the same distance to the south-east. This line was once part of the Great Central Railway, which when it opened in 1899 was the last main line twin track railway to be built. For more information about the railway line see 409021. In the distance, Finemerehill House 430354 can just be seen left of centre on top of the hill. |
