Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Railway bridge, Lambeg (1). This sandstone bridge (and a similar one close by) were built for the Ulster Railway between 1837 and 1839. It carries the Belfast (right) - Dublin railway over the Lambeg Road. There is a height restriction of 13ft/3.9m with a diversion (behind me) for oversize vehicles. There is no footpath so pedestrians must use the road. All concerned in this photo were exercising proper care and courtesy. Continue to 1167356.
