| Description |
English: Railway at Hilden. Just under 1½ miles of the Belfast - Dublin line, between Lambeg and Lisburn, includes reverse curves subject to a speed restriction below the line maximum. The 10.30 Bangor - Portadown is approaching Hilden station after which the line curves sharply to the right. Despite the latest advances in technology the driver is still using his hand to shield his eyes from the low late-autumn sun. See also 1040247. |
