| Description |
English: Rahoneen Castle "Castles" like this are found all over the country but are really fortified tower houses from the 15th to the 17th centuries. This one may have been the residence of the Bishop of Ardfert at some time. The ruin stands on a rocky hummock above a farm and the surrounding flat coastal plain. |
