Description
English: Ragi mudde,ragi mudde served with soppina saru(toor dal and green leafy Dantina soppu /Amaranth leaves),healthy and nutritious food.

ragi flour ,water ,mixed well using spatula,then poured into boiling water,salt as per taste,strring well ,boil it should be bubble well gently pour ,add the remaining ,mix well,steaming for about 6 to 8 minutes ragi flour mix,them gease plate and transfer the dough, grease fingers and make balls as preferred size ragi balls. served with soppina saru sambar ,cooked toor dal, chopped Dantina /Amaranth leaves,tomato,onion,turmeric,water,salt as per taste,pinch of jaggery, saru masala: oil,coriander powder,jeera powder,roasted urad dal,,red chillies,curry leaves,grated fresh coconut,small piece of tamarid,cloves, water to blend/grind all this ingredients tempering:oil,mustard,red chilli,curry leaves
