| Description |
Deutsch: Luft im Frakturspalt bei einer distalen Radiusfraktur (Röntgenbild links), die mit Bruchspaltanästhesie reponiert wurde (Röntgenbild zweites von links). Die Luft war nur in der Computertomographie (Bilder rechts) nachweisbar, die zum Ausschluss einer zusätzlichen Scaphoidfraktur gemacht wurde. Bei der geschlossenen Fraktur ist sie mit der Bruchspaltanästhesie in den Frakturspalt akzidentell eingespritzt worden. Bei so kleinen Mengen ist das völlig unproblematisch, sollte aber als iatrogen erkannt werden. |
