Motor Transformers These transform the alternating current into a continuous one, a motordriven by an alternating current being coupled to a dynamo which deliversa continuous current. The size ought to be chosen so that at least 1000 to2000 watts can be obtained from the dynamo. These motor transformersare very reliable, easy to work, and require scarcely any attention.
