Nederlands: P. Kerstens: Ministeriële beschikking tot vordering van het bezit der Nederlandse Koopvaardijvloot. Over het Vaarplicht-besluit van 5 juni 1942, gebaseerd op het K.B. d.d. 5 maart 1942, geldig tot een half jaar na de oorlog, met terugwerkende kracht tot 1941.
Alle schepen onder Nederlandse vlag vallen hier onder incl. de z.g. Indische schepen, maar uitgezonderd de schepen rond Suriname en Curaçao. Voor de nabestaanden van slachtoffers van de vaardwang zal de regering een fonds inrichten. |
