English: Copper alloy radiate of Carinus as Caesar (AD 282-3) (Reece Period 14), PRINCIPI IVVENTVTI, Prince standing left with standard and spear. Mint of Ticinum. The emperor's name is spelt KARINVS as opposed to the more usual CARINVS. RIC V, pt 2, p. 160 177var; D. Gricourt, Ripostiglio della Venera, Vol IV, p. 162, no. 352.
