Памятная монета Банка России — "Биатлон" - часть серии, посвящённой играм в Сочи 2014-го года. Серебряная, номиналом 3 рубля.

На лицевой стороне монет расположено рельефное изображение Государственного герба Российской Федерации, над ним надпись полукругом "РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ", имеются надписи: номинал монеты - "3 РУБЛЯ" и год чеканки - "2014 г.", обозначение металла по Периодической системе элементов Д.И. Менделеева, проба сплава, товарный знак монетного двора и масса драгоценного металла в чистоте.

Общий для других монет сочинского выпуска Санкт-Петербургского монетного двора номеров 5111-* с 2014-м годом на аверсе (см. перенаправления внизу)
