Description
English: Pictured is a Merlin Mk3 (another Merlin and a Chinook are also on the flight deck) helicopter of 845 Naval Air Squadron (NAS) working from the flight deck on-board HMS Ocean during Joint Expeditionary Force (Maritime) JEF(M)) in the Mediterranean.

845 NAS of Commando Helicopter Force based at RNAS Yeovilton are embarked on HMS Ocean to provide forward deployed contingent capability as part of the JEF(M); whilst demonstrating the ability of the UK to deploy highly effective maritime forces at short notice anywhere in the world.
