English: Coat of arms of Tilișca, Sibiu County, Romania.
Română: Stema comunei Tilișca, județul Sibiu, România.
Stema comunei Tilișca se compune dint-un scut cu câmp albastru încărcat de o cetate de argint cu două turnuri, din care unul crenelat iar celălalt ruinat, cu poartă la mijloc, iar în treimea inferioară, de un berbec de argint cu coarne de aur. Scut timbrat de o coroană murală cu turn de argint.
Câmpul albastru semnifică atât blândețea, frumusețea, buna credință, cât și vinețeala, culoarea albastră, tradițională a caselor din bârne din zona Mărginimii Sibiului. Turnul crenelat al cetății ne trimite cu gândul atât la cetatea feudală din hotarul localității, cât și la Ducatul Amlașului, din care Tilișca a făcut parte. Turnul în ruină semnifică cetatea dacică de pe dealul Catnaș, din apropiere, cu tezaurele sale arheologice aflate în acest moment la Sibiu și București. Coroana murală cu un turn de argint sugerează statutul de comună al așezării.
