English: ROC RT-1220 continuous merger (belt merger, pick-up belt rake, windrow merger) at World Ag Expo 2011. This machine has a working width of 12,2m and a weight of ca. 5900 kg. It is usually tractor-driven (mounted on the rear three-point linkage) and picks up and merges windrows. The black conveyor belt behind the yellow drum moves and drops the harvest to one side of the machine.
Deutsch: Bandschwader RT 1220 des italienischen Herstellers ROC mit 12,2 m Arbeitsbreite, ausgestellt auf der World Ag Expo 2011 in den USA (vorne, gelb: Pick-Up; dahinter, schwarz: hydraulisch angetriebene Querförderbänder). Die zum Transport zusammenklappbare und gut 5900 kg schwere Maschine wird üblicherweise im Heck eines Traktors angebaut. Die Zinken der Pick-Up sind bei dieser Ausstellung aus Sicherheitsgründen mit Kunststoffschläuchen verkleidet. |
