Rage-Seq workflow including hybridization capture, sequencing and pairing with cellular barcodes

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The RAGE-Seq workflow, starting with a cDNA library which is split into two pathways, in one hybridization capture is used to isolate and enrich BCR and TCR regions which are sequenced using Nanopore Long-Read Sequences. In the other pathway short reads are obtained through Illumina Sequencing. The pathways converge as the two profiles are paired for B- and T- cell receptor clonotyping using unique cellular barcodes.
