| Description |
English: A panorama of the C-type hangars at RAF Leeming in North Yorkshire, England. Working from left to right, the hangars are numbered numerically with No. 5 on the left and No. 1 on the right. Hangars 5 and 4 show signs of having their roofs redone, whilst Hangar 3 seems to be undergoing the same treatment. Hangar 2 has stacks in the roof and has had its door frame holders removed. Compare Hangar No. 1 - it has a silver frame that juts out from the main body of the building which allows the sets of doors to be open and set out wide. A World War Two watch tower and former Air Traffic Control buildings are in front of Hangar 3, and the tall green building popping up above the right end of Hangar 3 is the water tower - again, a WWII structure.
