Description
English: Canberra ACT. C. 1954. An Australian Beaufort twin engined bomber aircraft parked in the open at the Fairbairn RAAF base. This aircraft, serial number A9-580, flew 120 operations against the Japanese during the Second World War, accompanied Lancaster aircraft G for George on war loans tour of Australian in 1944 and was disposed of by the Australian War Memorial in the early 1960's.
