A4-29 crashed at Arthurs Seat, near Dromana, Vic on 10 August 1938. Killed were Sergeant John Gillespie, Pilot Officer Robert Symonds, Aircraftman 1 (AC1) Kenneth McJKerrow and AC1 Robert Mawson.
