How to grow Water Melons to perfection, and to make money. Water Melon seeds are planted m this latitude about the middle of May, or when the weath- er has become settled and warm. For the family, and home market, the other varieties are as desirable. A liberal quantity of manure is required, unless the soil is new, or naturally veiy rich and warm.
