Deutsch: Vorderseite: L SERVIVS - RVFVS. Die hintereinander gestaffelten Köpfe der Dioskuren nach r. Beide tragen den lorbeerbekränzten Pileus. Über beiden Köpfen je ein Stern. Im l. F. unten der Gegenstempel mit dem Adlerwappen der Familie d'Este.

Rückseite: TVSCVL. Stadtansicht von Tusculum. Zu sehen sind das mehrstöckige Stadttor mit der erklärenden Tafel und der Mauerring mit neun Stadttürmen.

Kommentar: Auf der Vs. ist nachträglich ein Gegenstempel mit dem Adlerwappen der Familie d'Este aufgebracht, welcher zur Kennzeichnung der im 17. Jh. zerstreuten Sammlung dieser Familie in Mantua benutzt wurde.
