| Description |
Le terrain du 2bis rue de l’Ourcq est situé entre le canal de l’Ourcq, qui relie Paris et Saint-Denis et attire de nombreux promeneurs, et la Petite Ceinture ferroviaire, voie historique construite sous le Second Empire.
Ce terrain s’intègre à « Ourcq-Jaurès », secteur dont la requalification est en cours d’achèvement. Des programmes mixtes et des équipements publics ont été développés depuis une dizaine d’années, rendant le quartier très attractif. Le terrain proposé, de plus de 1 300 m², jouit d’une grande originalité, étant situé à l’arrière de la Petite Ceinture (RFF), et accessible par une voûte sous l’infrastructure ferroviaire, déclassée du domaine public ferroviaire. |
