Description
English:
Rectangular, two-story building with a gable roof with a small central avant-corps. Its entrance is in the central axis, stone-framed. On two sides are store portals. Its courtyard façade is joined by an appendage, second half of the 20th century. Built in 1820, its facades and interior at different times were heavily remodeled. In the courtyard, parallel to the house, is a ground-floor, centralized, 19th-century building. Listed - Part of two local grade protected architectural ensembles - Part of two local grade protected architectural ensembles - 35 Rákóczi fejedelem Road, Balassagyarmat, Nógrád County, Hungary.

Zártsorú beépítésben álló, téglalap alaprajzú, emeletes ház nyeregtetővel, ÉNy-i, utcai, homlokzatán kis kiülésű középrizalittal, melyet a földszinten falpillérek, az emeleten féloszlopok határolnak. Bejárata a középtengelyben, kőkeretes. Két oldalán üzletportálok. Udvari homlokzatához toldalék csatlakozik, 20. század második fele. Épült a 1820-ban, homlokzatai, belseje különböző időpontokban erősen átalakítva. Az udvarban, a házzal párhuzamosan, földszintes, középrizalitos, 19. századi épület. - 'Lakóház' néven, azonosító: 6515, törzsszám: 5670 - 'Városközpont, üzleti negyed' része. Helyi területi védett azonosító: -1125. 'századfordulós, kisvárosi képet őrző szakasz' (cím: Rákóczi fejedelem útja 3-63-ig és 2-48. számig) része.
