Extending from Green Peter Reservoir upstream, the Quartzville Creek Wild and Scenic River offers a variety of recreational opportunities such as gold panning, fishing, camping and kayaking. The Quartzville Back Country Byway parallels the winding mid-Willamette Valley river, offering views of old growth forests and wildlife, and providing easy access to developed and undeveloped picnic and camping sites.
