English: Quantum circuit for quantum teleportation of qubits. The to-be-teleportated qubit is in state ${\displaystyle |\psi \rangle }$ and is represented by the topmost horizontal wire. The other two qubits reside at first in the antisymmetric entangled Bell state ${\displaystyle |\Psi ^{-}\rangle }$. The bottommost qubit corresponds to Bob, the other two to Alice. Alice subjects her two qubits to the measurement in the Bell basis, which measurement can be represented by CNOT and local operations together with local measurements in computational bases. Either of the two measurements returns one bit of information, denoted by ${\displaystyle j}$ a ${\displaystyle k}$, respectively. These two bits are then sent to Bob and he applies given powers of Pauli operators to his qubit, where the powers are given by the received bit values.
