Italiano: Esempio di utilizzo dei QD nell’imaging ottico. In queste immagini vengono messe in evidenza le fibre del citoscheletro nei fibroblasti di un topo. Nelle immagini A e B vengono evidenziati i microtubuli del citoscheletro con QD che emettono nel rosso. Nelle immagini C e D vengono evidenziati i filamenti di actina tramite QD che emettono nel verde. I nuclei precedentemente sono stati evidenziati con un colorante blu. |
