Description
English: Quakers_Hill_railway_station,_Sydney - Accessibility upgrade 2010, change details.

Quakers Hill Station is undergoing an upgrade to make train travel more comfortable, safe and convenient for customers.

Features include:

  • A new covered station concourse and stairs
  • Two new lifts and stairs from the west side (Railway Rd) and east side (Pearce Rd) to the new concourse
  • A new lift from the new concourse to the island platform
  • New awnings and upgrading work to footpaths
  • Two new accessable car spaces and access to the lift
  • New anti-throw screens on the new concourse and stairs
  • Improved CCTV, lighting, tactile tiles, signage, canopies and stairs
  • New station building and ticket office
