Description A U.S. Navy McDonnell Douglas QF-4N Phantom II (BuNo 152970) after having just been refueled by an U.S. Air Force Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker off Puerto Rico, 2 July 1999. The QF-4N was assigned to the U.S. Naval Weapons Test Squadron, Point Mugu, California (USA), and was underway to conduct weapons tests with the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG-78) in Caribbean waters near Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico. This QF-4N was retired on 26 June 2001 and later scrapped on base at NAS Point Mugu.
